That thou mightest receive thy sight - Part 3

Texts: Acts 9:17-19
Facts
- There are powers whose agenda is to downgrade a person
- There are powers whose agenda is to steal their sight so as to darken their destiny
- Strange powers are assigned to remove someone from a place of honor to a place of dishonor
- Spiritual blindness can lead to someone living a meaningless life till they die
- Your spiritual garment is of great significance in heaven as it depicts your connection with God
- Spiritually blind people can be born again but still hooked to sins they ignore and downplay.
What are the powers to receive thy sight ?
- It is the power of revival with transformation
- It is the power that converts a sinner to carry the glory of God
- It is the power to having a joyful spirit (Luke 1:47)
- It is the power to adopt a strong spirit (Luke 2:40)
- It is the power that enables you to overcome the spirit of fear and embrace the spirit of love and a sound mind (2 Tim. 1:7)
- It is the power that gives birth to strength in humility (Prov. 29:23)
- It is the power that opens the tabernacle of your life, heart and gives entrance to the Holy spirit (Luke 3:22)
Note:
- Don't overestimate the enemies of your life, though they might fight you with various trials, tribulations and diseases, they can't prevail because we carry the redemptive power of Jesus (Matt.10:1)
What do you do to get back your sight:
- Embrace the truth of the gospel and let it open your eyes (John 8:32)
- Run away from all falsehood
- Have a right standing with Christ
- Cover yourself with the righteousness of Christ
- Pursue peace with all men
- Make peace with God and peace with all men
- Work out your salvation with fear and trembling (Rom. 12:18)
- Have faith in God and not your problems (Matt11:22)
- Be engrafted in the word of God so that the word of God can be your defense
- Be courageous in the Lord (Joshua 1:8)
- Pray always, without ceasing (1 Thess. 5:17)
- Engage in warfare prayers to disgrace spiritual entities
