 Spending time with the wrong people 1

Texts:
1 Cor. 15:33-34

Facts to know on spending time with the wrong people:
- It's embarking on a purposeless journey
- The bible teaches us that we become more like the people we spend time with (1 Kings 11:4-9)

3 things will happen when you are in the wrong place:
-You will see what you should not see
- You will hear what you should not hear
- Your mind and heart will imagine things you shouldn't imagine or think about

Strength of a believer:
- The word of God (Psalms 119:11, Joshua 1:8)
- Fervent prayer (1 Thess. 5:17)
- The Holy spirit (Luke 12:12, Joshua 14:26)
- Ability to wait on God (Isaiah 40:29-31)
- Level of obedience (2 Cor. 10:16)
- His personal discipline in prayer, in attitude, in action and reaction etc (1 Cor. 9:27)
- His fellowship with God, brethren, House of God (Heb. 10:25)
- The grace of God (Eph. 2:4-9)
- Ability to hear from God
- Hunger and zeal for God
- His spiritual parents
- The level of your divine knowledge
- Consistency in God
